the first run

I have decided to run a mini triathleon.

The requirements are

Swimming: 16 laps

Biking: 10 k

Running: 2.5 k

Now, all of these are things I could do with I was in my peak fitness in high school without practice.

With that in mind I ran outdoors for the first time in years.  I couldn’t run a full 2.5 km.

My goal is to be able to run a full 2.5 k without stopping.
